Make sure you're copying the full key including the RS- prefix. Also check that your subscription is still active. If the issue persists, contact us with your key and email address.
Cancel anytime through the billing portal link in your original payment confirmation email. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Try expanding your time range to "Past year" in Step 3. Use broad single-word queries like "invoice" or "estimate" rather than full phrases. Make sure subreddit names are spelled correctly — no r/ prefix needed.
